We've engaged Patside constructions twice. First, to rebuild our outdoor kitchen when a tree fell through the roof. The work was structural and complex due to the slope of our block. Alex and Charlie were easy to engage with, transparent, and kept us informed every step of the way. They allowed us to update our design without exorbitant penalties, unlike our experience with a previous builder and their constant variations. We then engaged Patside to completely gut and renovate an apartment we purchased. They worked with us on the design. They engaged with the strata committee and completed the renovation within budget and timeframe. Again the work was complex as we are on the 14th floor with restricted access. We will definitely use them again.
